-Simple Method: Use a measuring tape, measure your entire circumference and compare your measurement with the size above. You can also use a string, mark it, and measure it against a ruler.

*Measurements are from a comfortable to snug fit, depending on your personal measurement and preference. For example, a MEDIUM would fit a bust measuring between 32" comfortable, to a snug 34".
