Customer service was wonderful. It wasn’t very long after my purchase they reached out through Etsy to confirm everything looked correct. Once I confirmed, it wasn’t much longer before it showed up in the mail. It was shipped nicely in a tube. The paper is quality, so I will have to find a frame and lay it out flat so we can use at our wedding. I’m so happy with this purchase and I know everyone will love this.
