Your jewellery will be sent in a custom earring jewellery box, bubble wrapped inside a padded package.

I will usually dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your payment but I will email you in the unlikely event that I experience delays.

Shipping Options - UK orders

-- Free 2nd class postage. Should deliver in 2-3 working days after dispatch. Certificate of Posting will be obtained should there be a problem with delivery.

-- UK 1st class recorded postage available as an option at checkout (additional fee £2.95)

If you need something by a certain date/event please let me know and I will try to accommodate requests

Shipping is to verified PayPal addresses only, so if you wish to have your purchase shipped to an address other than the one on your PayPal account, please let me know.

Exchange & Returns

As we are sure you’ll appreciate, earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons. We will obviously refund or exchange if there is a fault with item at point of delivery, please contact up within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to remedy the problem.

I will never send out an item that I don't believe in 100%. Please convo or e-mail me with any questions you have.

CREDIT and DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS:

You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order, click the Pay Now button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Or, if you prefer to checkout without using PayPal you can use Etsy's Direct Checkout option when purchasing.
