The crash pants are great. I mistakenly thought it was just the padded pants, but the skirt portion is easily removed with some careful cutting. The pads are going to be excellent protection.

I was surprised at how silky and soft the material is. It feels really nice. A lot of good padding for skating. I followed the sizing chart and was in between sizes. I sized up and am happy I did so.
