Soy Candle Instructions

-As with all candles, the first burn is the most important.
-Allow your candle to burn for at least 1 hour or until wax melts all the way to the sides of the container- this will ensure tunneling doesn't occur.
-To prevent your soy candle from producing black soot, always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting your candle.
-Do not burn candle for more then 4 hours at a time.
-When only 1/2" of wax remains, it's time to let your candle go.
-Feel free to wash your container with soap and water for reuse.

ECO Cotton Wicks are designed specifically for natural waxes like soy wax. It is a flat, core less, cotton wick with unique thin paper filaments interwoven for burn stability. Lead free and Zinc free.

During the fall and winter months - it is possible for some candles to develop a light flakey appearance. This is called "frosting" and is very common with candles made from 100 percent natural soy wax. Some candles may also develop clear "wet spots" due to the colder temperatures during shipping, and frosting may occur. This will not effect the candle burn or scent throw of your candle. I do not issue refunds for this as this is a normal trait of soy candles. Thanks for your understanding.

All of my candles are made out of only the finest ingredients. I use 100% pure soy wax, gmo-free and all grown in the USA, 100% pure eco grade cotton wicks and phthalate free fragrance oils. I do not add any chemicals to my candle wax to make them "throw" a stronger scent.

Due to the nature of these products, I cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. Bath & Beauty products can not be returned. Not happy with your candle scent, Candles may be exchanged as long as they are shipped back to me at owners expense and not damaged or used in anyway. In the event you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. If there is ever a quality issue with a product, I will be more than happy to make things right.

Depending on size of the order, two weeks is the max for processing the order. When placing a custom order please message me with your details. Pricing varies with every custom order. Wrong Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending a gift. I am not responsible if you incorrectly enter the wrong shipping address. I have absolutely no way of knowing if a shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to us, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. If you happen to catch that the shipping address is wrong BEFORE the item ships, please send me a message and I'm more than happy to enter the correct shipping address for you.
