10 Gallon - 11" wide x 20 1/2" long with 2" overhang
15 Gallon - 13" wide x 24 1/2" long with 2" overhang
20 Gallon - 13" wide x 30 1/2" long with 2" overhang

This lid will be made of 1/2" x 1" 16 gauge galvanized welded wire (You will not receive 1/2 x 1/2 wire as shown in the picture)

The 2" overhang will hold it nicely in place, BUT depending on your critter, you may need to weight the top down with something. We usually use a book or two, but you may find something different that works for you. It just depends on if your critter can climb and press the lid up.

Shipping includes insurance. So if your package arrives damaged, please let me know and I will file an insurance claim for you.

WOW. This made my life so much less stressful. My hamster is an expert at escapes. I would wake up and find him gone nearly once a week. I hopped on and bought this as fast as I could. He chews at the bars and tries to smoosh through, but he can’t do any of his old tricks. Thank you so much, you’ve saved me sleep and my hamster a slew of concussions. The lid I ordered turned out wonderful! The 15 gallon lid fit perfectly on my 20 gallon tall tank. I originally had a metal mesh lid that only sat on the edges of the tank and could easily be pushed off by my sneaky gerbils. This new lid will work out great, especially because of the small overhang that secures the lid in place. It's very vell crafted and exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the buy, I highly recommend😊.
