How soon will you ship my order after receiving payment?

After receiving payment for your order, I will ship your order within 1-3 business days. Weekends are not considered business days. I do my best to get orders shipped as early as possible. If for some reason it is out of my control to ship within this time frame, I will contact you via email.

What if I am not satisfied with my order?

I do my best to please my customer and provide outstanding products; however, if for some reason you are not pleased with your order, please contact me and I will try and resolve the issue.

Are your dolls American Girl Dolls?

No. We do not sell American Girl Dolls and are not affiliated with American Girl Doll (R). Treasured Dolls is a registered brand specializing in extraordinary quality at affordable prices. Our 18 inch dolls fit all shoes and clothing meant for American Girl, and are considered a great alternative.

Do you make Matching Girl and Doll outfits?

What makes your dolls and doll clothing superior to those which I can buy cheaply at Wal-Mart and Target?

Treasured Dolls have expensive and high-quality wigs made from kanekalon, a fiber from which wigs for people are made. This hair is made to be brushed and played with, and with proper care will last for a long time. Treasured dolls are made from high-quality vinyl, have tightly stuffed torsos and can easily stand on their own. Limbs have great range of motion, and dolls can be posed in many ways. Our doll clothing is made of high-quality apparel fabric and is soft to the touch and wrinkle-resistant.

You must only use a wire wig hairbrush for your Treasured Dolls' hair. Any usage of plastic bristles on your dolls hair will ruin the wig and cause it to become frizzy and unmanageable. Hair may be lightly misted with water, but washing is not recommended. Do not submerge doll in water. Vinyl parts may be washed with mild soap and warm water.
