Magnificent Magnesium Butter is one of my top-selling "tincs," and freshly made to order. A few of the many benefits of topically applied magnesium include: improved sleep, reduced stress (and/or better ability to manage stress), soothes sore muscles, calms mood, and increased energy. This tinc comes in a 4 oz. glass jar, or a 2 oz. aluminum tin, and is intended for external use only.

Directions: as a sleep aid, gently rub on back of neck and bottoms of feet; for headaches and stress relief, gently rub on back of neck and temples as needed; for sore muscles: massage gently onto sore muscles as needed. Not to be used like body lotion. Only a little bit at a time is needed.
