How long does it take for my order to be ready to ship?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Sometimes the item you ordered is out of stock and needs to be manufactured. Then we will warn you that you need to wait a little longer (usually 7-10 days). Please notice that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS.

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays

Standard shipping takes at least 10-15 business days to Europe and to USA, 15-20 business days to Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

What about express delivery?

We offer express shipping on a case-by-case basis depending on the item and the country it will be shipped to. Please send us a private message before purchase to request express shipping.

How can I return/exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged. ❌Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

How do I assemble an item that came unassembled?

Our products are very easy to assemble like a child's construction kit, even if you do not have a technical background. I myself fold all our products with my female hands. However, for each product we have a video recording of how our master folds the product. Please text me if you need video instructions so I can send them to you.

Please note: all our products are shipped from Ukraine. We use Ukrainian intermediary shipping company, that dispatches everything from USA office. So your packages will have USA origin and label.

WHY DO WE USE 2-STAGE SHIPPING for US CUSTOMERS?

Our production facility is located in Europe (Ukraine). For US customers, we use combined shipping. First, we ship the goods to our warehouse in the US (processing time: up to 10 business days), where we clear customs ourselves. Then we ship the parcels from the US warehouse to the buyer (shipping time: up to 7 business days). This allows us to process parcels using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, so buyers in the US do not have to pay customs charges. Thus, during the delivery process, you will receive two tracking numbers: the first for the processing time and the second for the shipping time. The total processing and delivery time for a standard order to the US is up to 15 business days.

The shipping on their end was good. The delivery on my end was slow but I did get my items. Highly recommend the quality is excellent. If you need a nice well made yoga prop these are fantastic. This Halasana bench looks like a nice piece of furniture.
