Does a shipping require a signature?

Yes, a parcel that contains a hat requires a signature, as it will be shipped International Express Shipping by Post, and it is the postal service's requirement, therefore we cannot opt out.

How long does it take to deliver?

Most of our hats are made-to-order and are shipped from Japan. The current lead time is 4-5 weeks, including international shipping. Please refer to the estimation from Etsy before you place an order. If you prefer fast delivery, please browse and select from the ready-to-ship section.

Can I order a custom request?

Most hats can be made to a custom size, custom width of the brim, and custom colours. Please feel free to send an inquiry. A custom fee will be charged for the request.

Can I custom-order the ribbon? Is the ribbon glued?

Yes, of course. It requires an additional fee for custom colour. Please inquire first. The ribbon is hand-sewn, we do not use any glue for making.
