Looking to personalize a decal to fit your style, or in need of a different size? I'm happy to make slight modifications to my current designs. (Please note: there are some changes I may be unable to make due to copyright and/or trademark protections.) Contact me and I would be happy to help make the decal perfect for you!

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order includes everything you will need to apply your decal along with detailed instructions to make the application process as simple as possible.

Will vinyl only adhere to glass?

Vinyl can adhere to most clean, smooth surfaces. I do, however, recommend the majority of my decals for glass surfaces; while vinyl will adhere to other surfaces it can sometimes be a tedious task. If you have any questions about applying to a specific surface please feel free to contact me.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise selected at checkout. All orders include shipping and tracking confirmation. Tracking is provided by Pitney Bowes and may not update as often (or at all) as a normal USPS package would. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday - excluding holidays. The processing time (the time it takes to create, package, and give your order to USPS) is 3-5 BUSINESS days. The timeframe for USPS to deliver the package is in addition to processing times. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS. Returns and/or refunds are not available due to shipping delays.

Are vinyl decals reusable?

No. These decals can be removed from glass but are not reusable.

Where do I apply my decal?

Vinyl decals are applied to the outside/exterior of the glass window/door or surface.

How long will my decal last?

Each decal, unless stated otherwise, is made with professional-grade vinyl that is rated for up to 5 years of outdoor durability as described by the manufacturer of the vinyl. However, please note: This is not a guarantee as there are factors beyond my control that could shorten the lifespan of your decal. (For example - improper application, direct contact with harsh chemicals, direct contact with high-pressured water, car washes that are not touchless, frequent sun and element exposure, and direct contact with ice scrapers.)

My order was shipped/delivered to an old/incorrect address

Every order includes delivery confirmation to the address on file with PayPal or Etsy Direct Checkout. Please make sure to update your address with your preferred payment method before purchasing. Refunds and replacements are not available for purchases sent when an incorrect address is provided.

I preciously ordered (and love) the "I'll Never Drive A Minivan" decal. I wanted something for the other side of the back window. Shipping was fast. Product is easy to apply and comes with everything needed. The tiny air bubble is due to me not throughly smoothing it out. Product quality is excellent.
