We accept returns as long as the item is in it's original packaging, unopened. Once item is returned, we will inspect the product for any damage or if it had been opened, deduct any associated costs and issue a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will issue a return label for the product to be shipped back to us. Once your item has returned, we will inspect the product and determine if it is defective. Once our decision is made, we will reship the product and update your tracking information through our messaging system. We try our best to keep our customers happy and fulfill their wishes.

If you received an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue on our end and send you a return label for the return of the incorrect item. Once the item is returned to us, we will then ship your correct item out. This is a frustrating situation for anyone to be in and we understand that. Sometimes mistakes happen but we do our best to correct that mistake. We do have to wait for the return of the incorrect item before shipping the correct one out only because we have been burned before in the past.

If you think you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us regarding this issue, preferably, before it has shipped. In the case you didn't realize it until after the product shipped, you may return the item for a refund as long as it is unopened, in it's original packaging. We will issue a refund less the shipping costs.
