Jojoba (ho-HO-ba) oil, also referred to as golden jojoba oil, is one of the most common cosmetic oils. While its known as an oil, it is actually a liquid wax! Because of its waxy nature, it is great at keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. Golden jojoba oil is so commonly used because of its similar composition to human sebum that allows it to moisturize better than other oils and also absorb better! For best results, apply the oil to your skin after a shower or bath, when your skin is moist. The oils acts as an occlusive layer on your skin to help keep the moisture in your skin from leaving, which helps reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

Golden jojoba oil is great for conditioning hair and beard. Massage the oil into your scalp and beard hairs to nourish and restore dry, brittle hair and promote shine. Jojoba oil can be used in skincare by either mixing a couple drops into your current moisturizer to give it a boost, or using the oil straight out of the bottle. Many great hair oils have jojoba oil, argan oil, and emu oil as the base.

Shelf Life: Users can expect a shelf life of 2 year with proper storage conditions (cool, out of direct sunlight). It may go cloudy in cool conditions but will return to its natural state once warmed.
