Custom orders will be accepted starting mid-February 2024. We had to take a hiatus from them due to multiple personal challenges for a few years. Please contact me with (1) a description of what you want (2) photos for colors (3) date needed by. I generally collect 50% on large orders prior to beginning with the balance due on completion. The deposit is generally not refundable once materials have been ordered and work has begun. Custom orders are not returnable, but please contact us if there are ever any issues as your happiness with our products is paramount.

Most orders are processed to ship within 1 to 2 days. We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, but let us know if an order is time critical. Shipping is calculated based on size and weight to your zip code. Made to Order items normally ship within 2 weeks or as determined in your down payment listing. We cannot guarantee normal USPS delivery times stated in shipping times during the holidays as that is in control of USPS.

Shipping costs and upgrades are available from your cart upon checkout. Orders over $35 in product will ship for free in the USA. We no longer ship internationally. Please check your SHIP TO ADDRESS on Etsy as we print labels from that exact address. We are not responsible if you input your address incorrectly.

Once the package shows it was delivered on the tracking and if you did not receive it, please contact your local post office IMMEDIATELY after contacting your neighbors to make sure they didn't get it. There is nothing either Etsy or we can do once it is delivered. You can also call USPS at 1-800-275-8777E with tracking information for redelivery or delivery issues.

We do purchase insurance on all packages over $10. You MUST notify us within 45 DAYS of of ship date to file a claim for a missing package. You may be required to electronically sign an Affidavit stating the package was not delivered. You will be refunded when we are paid on the claim.

All of the artistic works that we create are copyrighted and by copyright law, cannot be reproduced. A good rule of thumb is the following from a Q&A.....US Govt Copyright Office:

"How do I know what is copyrighted? It is important to remember that all text, software, audiovisual works, photographs, digital images and sounds, pictorial, graphic and sculptural works are granted copyright protection as soon as they are created and all works created after 1978 are protected automatically. A work does not need to bear a copyright notice to be protected."

As artists, our creations are important to us and we deny all requests for the reproduction, distribution and or sale of same, like or similar works, including the photographs.

Our return policy is as follows:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it within 21 days from delivery. There is a 35% restocking fee on all bridal items or prom sets. Item must be in the same condition it was shipped out in or the value of the return can be adjusted accordingly. Items damaged in shipping MUST include proof of damage so a claim can be filed with USPS. Refunds are provided upon receipt of the returned product and completion of insurance claims. Mail the returned items with a copy of the receipt to: Odyssey Creations, Barb & Dave Zinkhan, 1408 Bison Run Drive, Windsor, CO 80550. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed.

If something breaks on your jewelry within 60 days of receipt, please contact me to ship it back and have it repaired at no cost. I will return to you paying return standard postage myself. You will only pay to ship it to me.

If something breaks beyond 60 days, or you need it resized, please contact me to return and I will fix or alter at nominal charge and return to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs.

Our shop offers a wide price range of products intentionally. Our preference is to use high end materials, but items will be priced according to cost of materials used as well as time to create each unique item. Nearly all crystal used is from the highest quality manufacturer in the world (Swarovski) and will continue to be. If you see "quality crystals", "high-end crystals", "crystalized pearls", "Austrian crystals", European crystals", etc., they are indeed top-quality Swarovski crystal and are purchased from verified resources. If the resource has not been verified, it will be termed as only "crystal".
