Organic, Plant dyed Eye Mask

This eye mask is made from luxuriously soft organic peace silk dyed with plants and is available in both kid and adult sizes.

Dyes include:
- avocado seeds (avocado pink, and yes, avocados dye pink!)
- indigo leaves (sky blue)
- oak and madder roots (purple)
- oak and iron (off black)
- walnut hulls (neutral)

No synthetic chemicals here - just all natural silk and plant dyes for a stressless sleep.

Inside the silk is organic cotton batting surrounding organic cotton muslin dyed with organic indigo leaves to a dark navy shade, to provide additional shade while wearing the mask. The elastic is natural rubber elastic and organic cotton, and is also entirely surrounded by the organic peace silk to avoid hair pulls.

Made with organic non-violent silk, organic cotton fabric insert and dyed with plants. Hand-dyed using traditional shibori techniques. Each one is unique.

Also, due to the hand-made nature of these masks, and the fact that no chemical adhesives or synthetic fusing were used during production (unlike conventional eye masks), each one is different and unique.

Adult: approx. 22.5" in circumference unstretched
Kids: approx. 17.75" in circumference unstretched

PLANT DYES: Unlike industry-standard petroleum-based dyes, this eye mask is naturally dyed with avocado seeds, indigo leaves or pomegranate peels and oak trees. No harmful synthetic chemicals here. Just nature.

ENVIRONMENT: Made with organic non-violent silk and GOTS certified organic cotton batting and fabric (in the insert) - the highest standard in organic. Also, the plants grown for natural dyes remove more carbon from the atmosphere during their growth than is released during the dyeing process, helping to reverse the cause of global climate change.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wash by hand when needed with a mild, pH-neutral detergent. Air dry.
