Hecate is considered by many to be the patron of all witches. Her three aspects, maiden, mother and crone, embody the journey of a woman's life. Additionally, Hecate is a keeper of the crossroads. Three keys as her symbol communicate both the triple-goddess aspect and access to paths beyond the crossroads. Hecate can be petitioned to use her keys to open roads and remove blockages that keep one's life stagnant. She improves the ability of necromancy which is the ability to communicate with the deceased. In addition to this candle, you may also present honey, garlic and eggs as favored offerings of Hecate.

Everything chosen to make this ritual offering candle - including color and scent - is known to be a correspondence and offering to Hecate. Black obsidian, three rose buds and wormwood adorn this black, palo santo-scented offering.* The candle is in an 8 oz. tin measuring 3" wide x 2" high.

Do not leave a burning candle unattended. The tin may become hot during burning; do not touch the tin or replace the lid until it has cooled. Trim the wick to 1/4" before each burning.

- Do not touch the tin or replace the lid until it has cooled
- Avoid Drafty Areas
- Do not burn near other heat sources
- Burn for no more than 4-hours at a time
- Keep wax pool free of debris
- Keep burning candles away from children & pets
- Keep the wick trimmed to 1/4"
