Who Pays Shipping for Returns?

The buyer will pay shipping both ways for returns. I will gladly refund the buyer for the item when I receive it back in unused condition.

Who is responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items?

Once the package leaves our hands, the care of that package is in the hands of the USPS. We entrust that the USPS will deliver the items to the buyer in a timely manner and in good condition. You may follow the tracking number for information on delivery. Unfortunately, if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, there is not much we can do. The responsibility for delivery is that of the USPS and any issues with them is between the buyer and USPS.

Pink Botswana Agate may display soft banding in shades of pink, grey, cream, apricot, and brown, with delicate lines and natural patterning. The sizes are measured in length. These are natural stones, therefore, may have some imperfections and vary in size, shape, width, thickness, color, and pattern. Not all stones will show strong banding, and color balance may vary. You may not receive the exact stone pictured, as this is representative of the inventory, but I will intuitively choose the best available specimen for you at the time of your order.
