The lettering can be selected from your unique color palette. No vinyl or stickers are used! We print on your design with high quality, UV ink, which make it a permanent design (no wrinkles, peeling or bubbles like with vinyl). It is personalized with the Bride and Groom's names and wedding date. This beautiful sign provides an easy way to add an elegant and custom touch to your wedding or next special event. | THE PRODUCT |
• To order this sign (sized 18"W x 24"H), choose whether you would like the lettering to have a flat (with a slight sheen) finish or a high glossy, slightly embossed finish. (Sample image is featuring the glossy embossed finish.)
• Next, simply choose your sign color. (Black is shown. We can also print any color backsplash behind the wording for a "painted look" to help your wording pop! If you want to add a backsplash to your sign, simply choose "Clear & Painted Back" and then let us know in the notes or personalization section what color to print the lettering and the backsplash.)
• Lastly, enter your personalization information and choose a color from the lettering swatches photo in the listing, writing it in the NOTES section upon checkout. ***If no color is entered, white lettering will be used for black and clear signs and black lettering will be used for white signs. We can print these signs in ANY color (except for metallics)! We can print in a GOLD or SILVER color, but it will not have be metallic. 1. Proofing Process: By default, we do not provide proofs for every order unless specifically requested by the customer on the order form. This is done in order to streamline the production process and offer shorter processing times. If you require a proof of your design before proceeding with production, please clearly communicate this request at the time of placing your order and we will send a digital mockup within 5-6 business days. If more than 2 proofs are needed for your product, additional days will need to be added to the processing time as well as an additional fee to cover extra design time. By choosing not to request a proof, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the provided specifications, including but not limited to design, spelling, grammar, dimensions, and other details. We will not be held liable for any errors or discrepancies that may occur in the final product if a proof was not requested. Our designers have the right to exercise their artistic freedom and professional judgment when creating designs, unless a proof or specific design is requested by the customer on the order form.

2. Shipping and Delivery: We offer shipping services for domestic and international orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. Our processing time is normally 2 weeks before shipment. Rush processing and shipment can be arranged for a fee. Please contact us to discuss the options. Delivery times vary based on shipping method and location.

3. Color Variances: Due to monitor variations, colors may slightly differ from the final printed product. Requesting physical color samples is recommended for critical orders. WE DO NOT OFFER METALLIC PRINTING AT THIS TIME. We can print in a gold, silver or rose gold tone, but it will not be metallic or foil finish. If you would like a metallic finish, we recommend purchasing our laser metallic ADD ON to add to your item.

4. Returns and Refunds: PLEASE SEE OUR RETURN POLICY AT THE VERY END.

5. Cancellations and Modifications: Order cancellations or modifications can be made within a specific timeframe. Contact us immediately for assistance. If the order has already moved through our design and/or printing departments, a fee will be charged to modify or cancel the item to cover the cost of labor/materials.

6. Intellectual Property: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have necessary rights and permissions for artwork. By placing an order, customers affirm their rights and agree to indemnify us against any infringement claims.

Color Matching Policy:

No Refunds for Color Variations:
