Due to the nature of custom and personalized orders, Jersey Girl cannot accept returns on these products. Please double-check all personalization before submitting your order. If you have made an error, please contact Jersey Girl as soon as possible so we may make appropriate corrections.

If Jersey Girl is responsible for the error, we will gladly replace your order or issue a refund for the cost of the product made in error.

Jersey Girl can cancel most orders prior to entering production. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure you can obtain a full refund. Once an order has entered production, we are unable to cancel.

Orders totaling $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping!

All items in a qualifying order must be shipped to the same address at the same time to qualify. Splitting an order into multiple shipments to two or more addresses does not qualify for free shipping, unless each shipment individually totals $35 or more.
