1. The toys are suitable for babies from 3 months and up.
2. Although item is made to be very safe for children, but never leave your child unattended with it! All crochet pieces are securely sewn together.

Recommended: handwash in cool water with children’s soap. Do not leave toy in water for a long time . Rinse thoroughly and squeeze dry. Redistribute stuffing if necessary. Air dry.

I cann't accept return custom or personalized orders and rattles/teether, because of the nature of these items (intimate items for health/hygiene reasons), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
You must shipping back items to me within 14 days from delivery.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the you is responsible for any loss in value.
I can accept the cancellation of your order before sending the details. I do refund less government fees and 15% commission.

If you don't receive the parcel within 3 weeks from the date of shipment:
1. Ask family or neighbors, maybe they have received parcel instead of you.
2. Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.
3. Let me know, if you didn't receive your parcel within 45 days from the date of shipment. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
4. Perhaps you have not taken away the package and package has been shipped back to me. I can ship the item again, you are responsible for shipping costs.

I ship nationally and internationally by Standard Air-mail. Depending on where you are, shipments take approximately 5-20 business days. At times of heavy postal activity, such as as Christmas and New Year, shipping may take longer than usual, or during weather conditions that stop the normal transit of airplanes, etc.
