Do your prints come framed?

We sell prints, framed prints and stretched canvas. In the ‘size’ selector you will see framed or canvas options clearly labelled where they are available. You can also contact us if you have a specific request and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. The print sizes we have available are appropriate for 'off the shelf' framing solutions around the world. Check out Amazon, Ikea, Ebay and Etsy for a wide selection of frames.

Most of our custom prints are also available as printable files, that you print yourself after we customise and send you the files. We’re also in the process of making our art prints available as instantly downloadable printables.

ORDERING & CUSTOMIZATION
- Choose your preferred item (print, framed print, canvas or digital file)
- Choose your preferred size
- In the 'Add your personalization' box, let us know your preferred colours (See images) >
- Add to cart and checkout
- You can leave your list of 50 reasons in the 'Add Note to Arn & Marley' Box at checkout or by message/email.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
- Within 2-4 days we will create your design and send you an initial digital proof to review.
- On approval it is then sent to a professional printer for production and shipping.

PRINTS
- Professionally printed.
- 200gsm, premium matte paper (natural white).
- Larger prints are shipped securely in a cardboard tube.
- Smaller sizes are either sent in a rigid, card backed envelope or a tube.

FRAMES
- Black, white or natural wood frame.
- High quality wood.
- Shatterproof plexiglass glaze.
- No mount/mat.
- Frames have either a 14mm or 20mm frame edge, We select the option we think is best for the design and frame size.

CANVAS
- Canvas are printed on 350gsm cotton poly substrate.
- 4cm/1.6 inch depth

DIGITAL FILE
- If you select digital file, a link to the digital file size you selected will be sent to you via Etsy message and email.
- A link to your file download will be sent within a few hours of receiving your order.
- When you receive the link, it takes you to the download page. Be sure to click the download button for the full resolution file (Do not right click and save as on the preview image)
- If you have to pay an additional shipping fee for a digital file, it will be refunded.

FAQ
- Sizing. The inch sizes shown are exact for all US/Canada orders.
- Sizing. The cm and A sizes shown are exact for all other regions eg Europe, Australia, UK etc
- Canvas and frames can occasionally take a few extra days to produce.
- Express shipping options are available at checkout.
- Due to differences in displays, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.
- Canada, please note that frame sizes 20x30, 28x40 and 30x40 are unavailable in Canada.
- Australia/New Zealand, please note that frame size 30x40 is unavailable in Australia/New Zealand.
- Please contact us via Etsy or email for if you have any other questions or require something a little different.
