My estimated processing times for orders is 1-2 weeks before shipping. Estimated shipping times: Canada: 1-4 weeks United Kingdom: 3-5business days North America: 10-20 days Europe: 6- 20 days Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 weeks Asia Pacific: 3-5 weeks Latin America and the Caribbean: 3-5 weeks North Africa and the Middle East: 3-5 weeks Sub-Saharan Africa: 3-5 weeks I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them, busy seasonal times, customs, can add extra to your orders journey.which are all out of my control. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs, delays within the postal service, or items lost or damaged in transit

How do I track my parcel when it has been shipped

I try to keep my postage costs to you as low as possible. I retain proof of postage for all items I send. If you would like the extra protection of a tracked service please select the upgrade service of tracked or contact me for a link

My address details are old / incorrect can you redirect my items?

Your order will be shipped to the address as provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure these details are correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders being sent to an incorrect (old) address, this is the buyers responsibility.

Returns And Exchanges

Due to the nature of my products I do not accept returns, inline with environmental health regulations. I accept cancellations on orders within 12 hours of an order being placed, as all items are personalised and therefore cannot be undone.

The information you give me on yourself is used purely for your order. I do not retain any of your information after this event
