Once your order has been validated, I will send you the visual of your portrait via Etsy messaging for validation and / or modification (up to 2 small modifications requests accepted).
Without a response from you within 48 hours, the visual (BAT) will be considered validated and therefore shipped and closed.

The portraits designed from different options offered on the online models are unique and personalized creations according to the references noted by the client.
They cannot therefore be revoked, so the refund cannot be applied for personalized products.
Each character being designed and personalized at the express request of the customer, according to the references of the available options, is a unique and personalized creation.
