The size of the pipe is a conditional concept. In all, pipes S-size are designed for the volume of one puff, M-size - two or three puffs, L-size - more puffs. But in the pipe there are net with which you can vary the size of the inner bowl, in addition, you can fill the pipe tightly or not, pull the smoke strongly or weakly. That is, what will be one puff for one person will turn out to be several puffs for another. If you need exact dimensions of the bowl - ask in PM. If the contents are strong or the smoker is a beginner, then you can choose a pipe S-size. In cases where the contents are not strong, or a person likes oversmoke, or the pipe is intended for a company, then you can choose a pipe L-size. In other cases, take pipes M-size.

1. Remember that these are NOT tobacco pipes. 2. My pipes are made of metal, so you need to be prepared that they will heat up when smoking, but the heating will not be strong. 3. The length of the mouthpiece also depends on personal preference. A long mouthpiece will keep the smoke cooler than a short one. In a very short mouthpiece the smoke will be hot. The extra long mouthpiece (over 25 cm) looks elegant but is difficult to care for. 4. A strongly curved mouthpiece is harder to clean than a smooth or straight. In addition, most pipes with a curved mouthpiece do not stand on the table, but fall on their side. If you do not know what to choose, then I recommend you a straight mouthpiece length of 10-15 cm.

5. The pipe should be looked after in the same way as for ordinary bronze items. The set that we send, there is a special cleaning ramrod for pipe cleaning. If you wish you can be used a small brush, but this is only suitable for short mouthpieces. The pipe can be washed with soap or dishwashing liquid. Do not use aggressive and abrasive agents and do not ignite the pipe on fire.

Custom and personalized orders

I do custom-made items. It all depends on the imagination of the customer and my capabilities. Usually I first make a model of a pipe from wax and at this stage you can suggest making small changes and personalization - for example, cut out a simple drawing (note, I'm not an artist!) Or add text. If the item is already cast and completely finished (this is what is being sold at a 10% discount), then there are much fewer opportunities for personalization.

I usually ship a set in a shipping case. This is a reliable and durable package, but it is probably not exactly what you would like to present as a gift. If you need gift package, then I can do it, but we need to discuss with you how you represent it.

The pipe is made by hand (without using computer technology) from bronze according to the author's sketch.
To make this item, a wax model was cut out by hand. Then, using the lost wax method, bronze parts were cast.
Then the workpiece was mounted, minted, polished and polished. Finally, the pipe was engraved and blackened to get a unique vintage look.
