Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized items are not returnable. However, if I make any error or mistake on an item, I will gladly replace it at no charge to you. You will simply need to message me with a photo and an explanation of the error. I cannot be responsible for replacing an order if the wrong address or personalization was provided. Again, if it was my mistake I will ship the correct order ASAP.

If an item is damaged during transit, please notify me within 3 days of delivery. I require photos showing proof of damage before I can process any exchange or refund. In order for the item to be considered damaged it must be in bad shape, meaning ripped, torn or water damaged.

If there's an issue, please contact me for a resolution prior to leaving feedback, so that I may have the chance to correct any problems. I work hard to make sure each and every customer is completely satisfied. My feedback rating is a reflection of my service to customers. If there is any problem please send me a message!

US Shipping expectations

All of my items will ship to the US via USPS first class Mail. Shipping can be upgraded at an extra cost. Once an items ships, the timing of delivery is out of my control and I can not guarantee a delivery date.

International Shipping

Please note that orders placed outside of the US may be liable for customs duty/import taxes on delivery, this is entirely out of my control as are any delays in delivery due to customs interventions. Payment of such customs amounts are the responsibility of the person the package is addressed to.
