Return and exchange details:

You must contact me via a message on Etsy within 3 days of your order’s arrival to inform me of any issues with the product. Requests for returns and exchanges are only accepted on the Etsy website as the platform maintains all communication between seller and customer, which works to prevent mistakes and discrepancies. Emails regarding this issue will not be read. You can return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be fully refunded, with the exception of the shipping cost needed to send it back. You can also exchange the item with a different one from within the same price range. The returned product must be in its original, unworn state.

Custom and personalized orders

If the order is not shipped correctly and is stopped at customs for payment of further import fees, it will be sent back to you at your expense. Save all shipping documents as proof of shipment and send me a tracking number. I offer tracking for all of my shipments, and it is my clients’ responsibility to receive them on time once they arrive. Please contact me for further instructions for return and exchange of products.
