Very sturdy piece. It’s hard to find grommet pliers that work with small diameters like 3mm so this was one of the few options. It works very well and doesn’t crush the grommets!
I had been looking for an affordable hand operated eyelet riveter to no avail. This is better than buying an expensive hand operated riveter. I should be able to use a small hand operated press or a drill press. Drill Press Method: Put the punch into the chuck of the drill press. Place the striker on the press platform. Place the item over the striker with the rivet inserted into the item; then lower the punch (mounted in the drill press chuck) down and press the rivet. Ta da! Oh, yes you do have to own a drill press or know someone who does.
