Item Description: 18” x 30” High-quality 100% coir doormat with a vinyl backing to keep it in place, all mats are UV-protected. Hand painted with outdoor paint and sealed to protect design. Indoor/Outdoor use. No single mat is identical to another. Some are lighter, some are darker, and some have markings of both. Some mats have bits of husk here and there, and some don’t. Each mat has its own imperfections that make it unique. Please keep in mind that the mats vary in color. The mock-up photos may not match the coir fiber color exactly. Shedding may occur.
You will be receiving the 18x30 coir mat with design ONLY.
Anything else in the mock-up photos IS NOT INCLUDED - colorful rug, flowers, mugs, shoes, etc.
If you would prefer a certain color of coir fiber, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
Care: To clean the mat, shake gently or sweep. Keep doormat as dry as possible and in a sheltered area. Please remember to take your mat inside during bad weather to avoid darkening of the fibers or premature fading of the design. Due to the natural coir product, initial shedding may occur. If your mat gets wet, hang to dry.
Processing time: Current processing time could take up to 1-2 weeks + shipping. Need a mat by a certain date? Send me a message before ordering to make sure I can process your order in time. Rush fee may apply.
Shipping: All mats are shipped via USPS and usually take 3-5 business days. If you provide the incorrect address, just send me a message so I can make a note on the order to make a change. If the item is returned to me due to inaccurate shipping information provided, I will contact you. A reshipping fee WILL apply.

The processing time is the time that it takes to create, package and ship your order. The processing time does not include the time it takes USPS to deliver your item.

All packages are tracked and insured, and a claim will need to be filed through USPS if the package is lost. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been turned over to USPS. If the tracking information stops moving at any point, you will need to call your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to help you locate your package.
