HOW WE MAKE IT:

All of our signs are handmade from scratch and made from wood. We cut the wood, sand the wood, stain the wood, paint the letters and can add any customizations per request.

Customize options: If you would like a different size, stain color, or different color for the writing, please just reach out.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

SHIPPING- Shipping is FREE!!! We have this listing set up to accommodate a 3-5 day period to create and get it shipped out.

ASSEMBLY- No assembly required.

Larger Furniture Items: We use a third party shipping service to book individually contracted shippers to ship our larger furniture items like tables and tv stands. The shipper will pick up from us and deliver directly to you. Your item will come fully assembled. Sometimes our shippers have 2 people to deliver, but we do recommend having someone available to help out just in case. Usually the shippers are willing to place it in your home, but just ask them!

Signs, Coffee Cup Holders, Benches, Wall Art: We ship most of our smaller items using either USPS or UPS.

The item looks great, but it got here a week later than expected. The seller did not even ship the item until after the estimated delivery date.

We are so glad you love the item. I looked into your shipping and I show you ordered on March 18th and we shipped out on the 25th. Your order was due on the 22nd which is a Friday. The listing description states we don’t ship out on Friday-Sunday due to the weekend. We shipped out on the next available week day (Monday) instead. Thank you!
