How do I get all the pieces to stay in the same spot as the design in Cricut Design Space?

Make sure that the pieces (of the same color that you want together) are all selected and attach them to your board. You will need to do this for each color or for the pieces you want to stay together when you go to cut your design. If you are still having trouble, please check out one of the many tutorials online for your Cricut.

Why is my design only one color after I attach it to the board before cutting?

You must ungroup the design and select only one color at a time to attach. My recommendation is to make sure that all the pieces of that color are grouped first before attaching it to the board. You must attach each different grouping of color to the board before cutting. Otherwise it will not cut the design correctly.

Can I ask for a refund if I find the design to be too difficult?

I do not offer refunds after you order as the files are available to you, even if you don’t download them immediately. Please check the other FAQ’s first and if you are still having issues, please contact me and I will see if I can do anything to help.

I recently purchased a design and my Design Space is locking up and saying it’s a long-running script. What do I do?

Check the design and see if it is one that has a lot of small pieces. Distressed designs will do this if you try to scale them too small. You will need to try and increase the size on those designs. I work in Illustrator so I save the files at a larger dimension (usually 7-9 in in either width or length) for this reason. Another thing to try is close your web browser and reopen Design Space. If that doesn’t work, you may need to try a different browser. I use Google Chrome and rarely ever have issues. Explorer isn’t one that usually supports Design Space. It could also be your internet speed or even your computer processor (may be too slow). If none of that fixes the problem, please send me a message with a screenshot of the issue.

Am I allowed to use these for commercial use?

Yes! As of May 17, 2020, you may use any of my designs on items you make and sell. You may not resale my graphic or graphic files. I do ask that if you do use my design, please include on your listing that the design is from this shop. We all need to do what we can to help one another ☺️

What commercially am I allowed to do with these files?

You are allowed to use my files for personal or commercial (small business only) use. This means you can: ◽ Use the file of your choice to create PHYSICAL products you can sell. This includes clothing, totes, mugs, party favors, stickers you print and cut, etc. This DOES NOT include transfers. ◽ Convert the design to embroidery files for YOUR use. You may sell the end embroidery product with the design. ◽ You may add your own font to make it personal and then use on a physical item to sell. ◽ You may use elements from my designs to create something new (but please note this MUST BE completely transformative and not recognizable as my element-meaning you can't just place elements as is together and it be a new thing).

What am I NOT allowed to do with these files?

You MAY NOT: ◽ Sell the transfers of my designs. ◽ Sell the embroidery files of my designs. ◽ Convert the files to any other file types for anyone. You must be the one to convert for YOUR USE ONLY. ◽ Steal my designs for any use. ◽ Resell my design files. ◽ File share my design files--if you are not the one using the files, you need to have the person who is using the files buy them!
