All jewelry, except solid gold items, will most likely tarnish at some point. To prevent or slow this down from happening, it is best to keep jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, and any other low pH chemicals.

Our jewelry can also react with water that has chemicals in it, like a pool or a hot tub so please take care and keep it dry.

Our jewelry is dipped in gold so it is best not to use a polishing cloth, which can wear away the gold plating.

We work Monday through Friday. However, we do our best to answer any questions as soon as we can so don't hesitate to contact us!

Usually, orders are shipped within the next business day and orders placed on Friday after 10 AM and on the weekends are shipped out the following Monday.

We use USPS to ship out all orders.
Domestic shipping usually takes about 3 to 5 days and includes tracking information.

All international orders may take about 2 to 5 weeks and do not have detailed tracking information. It is not unheard of however, for orders to take up to 7 weeks to deliver due to conditions out of the seller's control, such as poor weather and customs.
