PERSONALISATION - When ordering a card, make sure to provide your personalisation. Add your exact needs in order details or send us a message linked to your order. It is mandatory, even if your wording is the same as on our listing templates. Many of our cards can be made for different occasions, so please let us know all the information, names, age, relation, date, occasion, etc...
All our cards come with an insert. We can put some standard verse or your own wishes. If we do not get any info, the insert remains blank for your handwriting.
We can add any text on the front and inside (if long, we will have to use a smaller size font).
If we find a misspelling in your text, then we will correct this, but actually we do not offer spell checks, so please send your text without errors. The buyer is responsible for spelling.
Please do not send pictures with wording – your personalisation has to be sent as plain text, as we use COPY-PASTE to put your text on the card.
After purchase, please check your inbox, as we can contact you, if we need more details or clarification.

POSTAGE - We do not keep our cards ready to ship (it is not a T-shirt ready to go). The card is made after the order is placed, so please understand that this takes time.
NORMALLY we are able to make your card the same day, if the order is placed before midday and sent the next working day. For afternoon orders the card is made the next day and sent the next working day.
Please note that one day delay is possible when we are very busy (e.g. Christmas period).
1-2 days processing time.

We offer Royal Mail 1st class service (1 day delivery aim) for one card orders.
For 2 and more cards we use RM 1st class Signed For.
Please appreciate that sometimes the delivery can take longer than etsy estimate. If you need your card urgently, please ask us.

DIMENSIONS - All our cards are in A5 size (210 x 148 mm), packed in white or black presentation box with a full or aperture lid.
The presentation box dimensions: Length: 220mm Width: 160mm Deep: 18mm.
Postal cardboard box is in A4 size (345mm x 240mm x 22mm). It is just because all standard A5 postal boxes are not deep enough for our cards.
