SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped in approximately 3-8 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays ORDER DELIVERY Estimated 3 - 7 business days If your order is in transit longer than 12 business days we will issue a replacement. If you need to change your shipping address, please message us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order is in production changes to your shipping address can not be made. We are not responsible for items that are shipped to the wrong address on your end.

Reports of shipping damage to your wall art must be made within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a replacement. Any wall art piece that is received flawed or damaged during transit will be replaced with the same item upon receipt of photos showing the damaged wall art. No address changes, color changes or design changes will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Image proofs will be sent for custom color matched orders before your order is scheduled to ship. Image proofs will not be sent for colors selected from my color chart unless I have a concern about the colors selected or if an image proof is requested in the note with your order. Orders requiring image proofs will not be printed or shipped until the proof has been approved. Once your image proof has been confirmed you will NOT be able to make further changes. Please review your image proof carefully!

Please keep in mind that the colors on your monitor or mobile device may differ from the printed art because of monitor or mobile device settings. No exchanges, returns or refunds based on color differences.

Please keep all communication within Etsy Conversations as this is the best and fastest way to contact me. I answer Etsy conversations very quickly. Oftentimes, I will have to contact you through Etsy conversations regarding your order details and/or sending image proofs. Please be sure to check your Etsy account for messages.

Given the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure you have ordered the correct product, size and color. Once your order is in production you will not be able to make changes.

These were perfect as we are moving overseas for the military. I know the walls are too thick to hang much on the wall. So I laminated them and my daughter will be able to command strip them to the wall. Seller even added her basketball number. I know these will make her new room feel like home.
