What if my order doesn’t arrive?

All orders are shipped on time with tracking, and I maintain a high fulfillment rate with reliable delivery. Your purchase is protected by Etsy Purchase Protection, so in cases like loss, damage, or missing delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please contact me first so I can resolve it quickly. I run Ypsilon, a brand built over 12 years, fully transparent and active daily on social media. I personally design, make, and pack every order using trusted carriers with insured shipping. Packaging methods are refined over years to keep your order safe. This is a real business, not dropshipping, and I stand behind every piece I send.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, I accept selected wholesale and bulk orders, but in a limited, curated way. As a small handmade studio, I focus on quality over volume and usually produce up to 50 pieces per design. Wholesale is mainly for small boutiques and concept stores aligned with my aesthetic and values. Each request is reviewed individually. I also offer quantity discounts and bundle options, so ordering multiple pieces can be more cost-effective while still keeping the same high quality. For pricing, send the model, quantity, and details. You’ll receive a clear and quick quote. This keeps every piece unique and far from mass production.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders are packed with care and arrive beautifully presented, ready to be given as a gift. If you’d like your order sent directly to the recipient, I can prepare custom gift wrapping and include a personalized note. We can adjust details to create a real wow effect when the package is opened. My designs make perfect gifts for people who already have everything, because they are unique, expressive, and not something you find in typical stores. I have a lot of experience in preparing gifts and genuinely love doing it. It feels personal, like I’m creating a surprise for someone special, not just packing an order.

Clean vinyl bags and accessories using a glass cleaner and a disposable paper towel. To avoid streaks, always wipe dry after cleaning. Felt and leather elements should be cleaned with a clean, dry cloth. Always test on a small, hidden area first. Do not expose your bag to prolonged UV/sunlight, as it may affect the material over time.

Is your shop a real business?

Yes. This is a legally registered business based in a small studio near Wrocław, Poland. All products are designed and handmade by me, not mass-produced, not dropshipping or reselling. I use high-quality, phthalate-free vinyl and follow European standards for materials, safety, and responsible production. The business operates fully legally, including taxes and consumer protection laws. Because everything is made in-house, I offer a high level of customization and create truly unique pieces. Each design is made to last and be used for years, not just one season.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I do accept custom orders. If you have a specific color combination, finish, or idea in mind, feel free to message me. I love creating personalized pieces that match your vision. Please note that I reserve the right to reuse and adapt custom designs in my future collections. If you would like your design to remain exclusive and not be reproduced, an additional exclusivity fee of €100 applies. This way, you can choose between a personalized design or a fully unique, one-of-a-kind piece created just for you. Custom orders and custom listings are non-refundable or exchangeable.

What makes your/ ypsilon bags bags stand out from mass-produced designs?

Every bag is created with a strong design intention — from color combinations to silhouette. Instead of following trends, I focus on creating pieces that feel expressive, nostalgic, and slightly bold. You’re not just buying a bag, you’re wearing a statement. Our designs are handmade in a small studio near Wrocław, with over 12 years of experience and 7500+ sales on Etsy. We use high-quality, phthalate-free vinyl that keeps its shine, structure, and color over time. What you see in the photos is what you get in real life. No thin plastic, no disappointment after unboxing.

Who are your products designed for?

For people who love Y2K, rave, and festival energy, and want bold accessories that don’t look cheap in real life. Perfect for concerts, large events, and stadium shows. Some customers look for clear bags that fit stadium policies while still looking stylish, not like typical marketplace plastic. Also for those who care about quality, details, and pieces that actually match what they see online. Inspired by 90s nostalgia, anime, goth, Harajuku, and kawaii aesthetics. Great for anyone who wants something unique, expressive, and impossible to ignore. If you like standing out but still care about quality and details, you’re in the right place.

Do you/ ypsilonbags offer anything special for returning customers?

Yes. Returning customers mean a lot to me, so I always try to include something extra. You can expect a special discount or a small bonus as a thank you for coming back. Many of my customers return for more handmade vinyl pieces, custom designs, or to match new outfits for festivals and events. It’s my way of appreciating your support and building something more than just a one-time purchase. Each order is still made with the same care and attention, so coming back always feels like getting something new, not repeated.

This is very sad assessment of the shipment, not the product! The customer placed an order, then asked for the fastest shipment, I devoted one of December nights, yes, night, because at that time most owners of manufactories have a lot of work. I sent the package immediately, and in the meantime I found out that the client assumed that in December, the package would reach her before Christmas. Although it was within the declared time frame, assuming that the package will cover 6,000 km in a week, choosing the cheapest shipping option, is not very reasonable. It was a nightmare experience, holidays spent on the phone with a translation and the conclusion that if I knew that the package was for Christmas, I would advise buying fast shipping or cancel the order. It's sad Royce!!!

Meet the ultimate travel and gym companion: the Super Stable Triangle Makeup Bag. This unique pyramid pouch is a true organizer's dream. One side is crafted from vibrant rainbow vinyl while the other is crystal clear allowing you to easily see the contents. Thanks to its sturdy construction the bag stands alone perfectly. It includes a convenient wristlet strap ideal for hanging in the shower. I personally love using it for the gym or pool to keep dry clothes and shower essentials organized.
