Our buttons are available in two different sizes: 1.25" round and 2.25" round. Please refer to pics in our "About CheerfulRen" section for visual. Sizing examples are also included in the pictures of most of my listings.

Custom and personalized orders

Please contact me directly with details for your custom orders. For custom image orders, will send you an image mock up prior to starting the button making process. You can also contact us with your own design idea and we'll try to put it together for you. CROPPING DISCLAIMER: Some cropping of your images may occur because our buttons are round and most images are square/rectangular. COLORS DISCLAIMER: Due to a variety of different monitor and viewing device settings, the final colors as seen on your monitor or screen may slightly vary from the actual printed color of your product.

For custom orders, do the images have to all be the same?

With the exception of single button pin listings, each custom order should be of the same image.

How do I send the image I want printed on my buttons?

You can attach your image file to me using the "attach image" button when sending me a message. Alternatively, you can also send it in an attachment to me through email: cheerfulren@gmail.com For custom/personalized or "Design your own" buttons, please send your image, picture, or design in one of the following formats: JPG, JPEG, PDF, PNG, PSD, or SVG.

Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. Through Etsy you can simply select PayPal as your payment option when you check out.

Please confirm your shipping address prior to checkout. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by buyer. If you require special shipping and/or handling instructions, please contact us directly. We ship from California and only to USA addresses. Single button pin orders may be shipped by standard USPS first-class mail without tracking. Once the order leaves the our shop, USPS has control over the package and we ae not able to change anything about the order. If you have any problems or concerns with shipping, please contact me directly.

Unless expressly advised, we ship out USPS first class mail with the option to upgrade to Priority or Priority Express. You will be sent a tracking number for your delivery but we personally DO NOT guarantee delivery times. Once the order leaves the our shop, USPS has control over the package and we ae not able to change anything about the order. If there is an issue with the transit of your order, please reach out to us. USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 days USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days Please note that larger sizes and/or large quantity orders may be sent by Priority Mail only.
