✅ HOW DO I ACCESS MY TEMPLATES AFTER I PURCHASE THEM?

After the purchase ( in about 5 - 15 min), you will receive an email from Templett (not Etsy) to the same email you have on Etsy, to create a quite Templett account and access your files. Please make sure to check you have a valid email BEFORE PURCHASING. If you haven't received the link within PLEASE CHECK your SPAM, as occasionally it can end up there. You won't see your template in your Etsy account - they will only be on your Templett account. Please DO NOT USE Apple ID. Apple ID does not provide a valid email address, so the link to access your templates cannot be delivered.

✅ WHAT CAN BE EDITED?

TEXT: Most of the text is fully editable ( except for the glitter or foil text which comes as clipart in some templates), so you can add, delete, move, resize, rotate etc, change the colours and choose amoung hundreds of fonts. GRAPHICS: Graphics are not editable and many of them are locked, however, you can delete them, move them anywhere you like on your template, position them differently, resize, rotate ,etc in majority of templates. CAN I CHANGE SIZE / ORIENTATION? The size and orientation of templates are not editable. Please check the size in the description of the template. If you are looking for a specific size please get in touch to see if it's possible as not all the templates can be changed.

✅ CAN I EDIT IT ON MY PHONE OR IPAD?

YES. Phone and iPad editing is now available, however, COMPUTER/LAPTOP editing is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. CAN I SEND IT ELECTRONICALLY INSTEAD OF PRINTING? Yes, absolutely. Please download it in JPEG 300dpi format and send it right away.

✅ CAN YOU EDIT MY TEMPLATE?

I do offer editing services and send you files ready to print. In this case you can purchase the template you like PLUS ''fill my order'' service shorturl.at/cmrwK Please provide all the information in the personalization section at the check out or write it in the message. All the info should be written in order for me to be able to copy and paste ( please make sure to check the grammar before you sending it). If you have a logo or image you need to attach it in the message in PNG ( on transparent background ) for the best result or JPEG. Other formats won't be accepted. 1 FILL MY ORDER service is valid per 1 TEMPLATE. I'll send you the file for approval without 24 - 48 hours.

✅ CAN YOU PRINT AND SHIP OUR ORDER?

Unfortunately, I do not offer printing services, however, you will have your files in JPEG and PDF formats and can print them anywhere, at home, at the local printing service or even online. DOWNLOAD OPTIONS: PDF - printing at home, copy center or professional printing. Choose PDF - "Save Paper" to print multiple per page. JPEG 300dpi - copy center or professional printing, photo lab, online printing, email and text. Choose "Bleed" for printing professionally. RECOMMENDED PAPER: It is recommended to print on high-quality card stock. Choose a stock of at least 100lb or more.
