This is a diptych photogravure engraving of these two paintings:

Spring-Time by P. Prud’hon, in the collection of the Duc D’Aumale
The Romance À La Mode by Jules Worms, in the Luxembourg Gallery

This photogravure engraving comes from The Masterpieces of French Art published in 1881 by Gebbie & Co. in Philadelphia. The edition was in 10 sections and this piece comes from Section IV. The edition was limited to 1000 copies and this comes from copy 737.
