How long before my spooky treasure ships?

Some of our most popular pieces are already lurking on the shelf and ready to ship, while others are made after an order is placed. Processing time can vary depending on the item, order size, and how busy the shop is. The estimated ship-by date shown on your Etsy order is the best guide, and we always do our best to get everything made, packed, and sent off as quickly as possible. Handmade magic takes a little time, but we promise we’re working on it.

How do you ship, and will I receive tracking?

We ship from Toronto, Canada using Stallion, which helps us offer tracked shipping at more reasonable rates. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post or IntelCom. US orders are hauled across the border and shipped through USPS or GOFO. International orders ship with PostNL or Asendia, depending on location. Tracking information will be added to your Etsy order once your package begins its journey from our crypt to yours.

Where are your items made?

Everything is made by us in our home workshop in Toronto, Canada. We design, 3D print, finish, pack, and ship our items ourselves. Cursed By Design is not a dropshipping shop. When you order from us, your item is coming directly from Mandy and Bryan -- probably surrounded by 3D printers, packing supplies, and at least one half-finished idea for something spooky.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders over 𝘊𝘈$150 / 𝘜𝘚$110 / £80 / €100 before taxes include free shipping. Etsy will show the available shipping options and estimated delivery information at checkout, so you’ll know what your haunted parcel’s journey looks like before you place your order.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Sometimes! If a listing has a personalization box or customization option, you’re welcome to enter your details there. For other custom ideas, feel free to message us before ordering. We’re always happy to hear a spooky idea, but we may not be able to accept every custom request depending on timing, complexity, and how full the cauldron is at the moment.

They say two heads are better than one, and our life-size conjoined skull planter is the best way to show that off. Very similar to our normal skull planter but with three eyes and two noses...so it's just much cooler! They help bring life to any variety of plants, and you get the added bonus of giving a skull a fun hairstyle. About 5 times larger than our conjoined skull succulent planter and being very close to the size of a real human skull makes this a very versatile vessel for anything -- not just plants! Makeup brushes, Sharpies, cat toys, anything your heart desires can be stored inside this de-fleshed head. The possibilities are endless!!!

Choose your skull colour from our entire lineup, and then give it a relaxing zen hairstyle with the plants of your choice. Then choose how much drainage your plants (or other uses) require -- no drainage (no holes), light (1 rear hole), or heavy drainage (4 holes).

💀 Size
The skulls are approximately 6.22 x 6.61 x 4.65 inches (158x168x118mm) and weigh about 10.4oz (295g). They will comfortably house large succulents, flowers, small plants, or about 500 jelly beans. If selected, the drainage holes are 1/5" (5mm) and located in the planter's bottom rear.

💀 Materials
These skulls are 3D printed using PLA, a biodegradable and bioactive thermoplastic aliphatic polyester derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugar cane. Our test planters have been sitting on our patio for over 5 years now with no degradation in quality; through the freezing cold of Canadian winters and the blazing sun of our summers.
