Once you give me the A-OK, your product will be engraved and shipped via USPS or Fedex, depending on destination, in the order it was received.

Please keep in mind that each of my beautiful, hefty chopping blocks and bamboo pieces are handmade and made-to-order, meaning my turnaround is often longer than other engraving shops who sell pre-manufactured items. The best things often require patience!

I do! Please email me with your thoughts. If you provide the artwork, (ie: a logo, wedding invite, or hand written-recipe,) there is no additional design charge and pricing for the cutting board is based on engraving size. If you would like me to design something for you, a $6.00 - $10.00 design fee applies. This includes as many mock-ups as necessary to get it just right!

Absolutely! All of the text in any one of my designs in completely customizable. Since all of the artwork is made by me personally, designs can be very flexible. All I ask is that you consider space limitations and choose words/phrases that are similar in length to the sample designs. Please be sure to leave all of your personalization info in the "add a note to Wood & Mine" comment box during checkout :)

My cutting boards are very thick and quite heavy, (approx. 7 pounds!) so actual shipping costs usually range between $10 and $21.00 for domestic shipments and as high as $60.00 for international! While I've considered selling lighter boards to reduce shipping costs, it's the hefty, solid, end-grain style of my larger chopping blocks that make them one of a kind!

Etsy automatically calculates shipping with USPS but, if you're concerned with costs, feel free to send me your shipping postal code in a message and I'll get some quotes for you from UPS and Fedex that might be a bit better!

I do! Please contact me to discuss larger orders and options for combined shipping. Due to limited production capacity however, (I'm only me!) my maximum order quantities are below:

Cutting boards: Limited to 5 pieces to one order
Coasters: Limited to 10 sets of 4 (or 40 individual pieces)

The seller was SUPER gracious! During the COVID19 pandemic, shipping was delayed, and she checked in personally to apologize (even though it was not an issue from her end), and promised to make it right if the piece did not arrive. It did end up arriving and my Mom LOVES it! I would highly recommend this seller, she was prompt in her responses and has good business practices!

The quality is lovely and the board is beautiful. It looks exactly as described. I was disappointed that the entire personalization I requested wasn't included. I wanted a quote which was 2 lines, followed by the names of one everyone in the family on the third line. The item I received didn't have the names, only the quote. If it was a space issue and it wouldn't fit, I would have appreciated knowing that before getting the order. It doesn't exactly look custom now, just like something I could have gotten at Homegoods. To be fair, I didn't try to get a refund or a new item because it was part of a Christmas gift so it was time sensitive and I had to give the board that I got.
