-Cases can not be used with a smart keyboard or Apple pencil!

-Please do not clean your cases with alcohol, especially right after opening the package. Aggressive liquids may spoil the print.


Printing process:
-All cases are made to order;
-Please allow 3-5 business days of printing lead time. While fests/quarantine time handling time can take up to 1-2 weeks.

Shipping process:
-Delivery time across the US takes up to 3-5 days. For abroad orders, it may vary from 1 to 2 weeks.
-Please, check your address on Etsy profile before making a purchase. we’ll ship the package to the address provided by Etsy, unless we receive a request.
-We’re not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers but will try our best to compensate.



Payment:
-We accept all major credit cards, PayPal.
-We can not accept money orders or checks.

Refunds & Exchanges:
-All cases can be exchanged and refunded EXCEPT customized.
-Customer is responsible for any extra shipping cost caused by return or exchange.
-Customized cases are refundable, only if there is a problem with the case (damaged in the mail/defective print/wrong model was sent). Please send us a photo of what’s wrong and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.
-The price of the case can be refunded once it is returned. Please let us know the tracking number of the returned package. It will help in case if the package is lost in the mail.
-A refund may take up to 7 working days.



If there are any changes to the order please contact us within 12 hours of ordering.
Please, take into consideration! Additional taxes may be applied by Etsy due to your place of destination. The shop do not charge any taxes.

My store is bulk shipping center for all 4 major carriers. This item shipped domestically and should have been completed within 1 week took nearly 3 weeks to be completed. Although, the merchant claimed that order was custom, I found similar items with far faster shipping terms. Further this case typically would retail for 30% less than the final purchase price. I am disappointed with purchase with one exception, the merchant did respond to each email notice I sent to them.

Dear friend! We are very sorry for the long waiting. Please, note that all cases from our shop are made to order. While the winter holidays we need 1-3 weeks to prepare and print the cases. Unfortunately, we can not offer faster shipping. But you always can check the info about the handling time before making an order. Our shop is always ready to help and advise something :) Sorry, but we can not be responsible for the shipping as we are not a part of a mailing service. This year is too hard for all services, and you can see a lot of photos with packages at the post offices. Unfortunately, once the package is shipped, we can not affect it.
