High Chair Tutu With “ONE” Banner has yards and yards of premium light blue, white & silver tulle. The silver tulle is glitter. The bling around the whole width of this tutu is sure to catch some admirers. There are 2 aqua blue bows adorned with bling and a gem on each end of the tutu. To top it off with an " ONE " banner made with high quality silver glitter card stock & a snowflake placed on each letter. Each pennant is 5” x 5”.

The High Chair Tutu is approximately 34" wide by 14” long and fits most standard high chairs.
