• Please note the way in which we manufacture our tags has changed and you may notice a slight variation in the product if you have purchased a tag from us in the past, this change will reduce fading to the personalisation over time and we can now add more information to the reverse of our tags for you!

• 28mm round disc

• Stainless Steel (2.5mm thick)

• We do not use imported stamping blanks. Every individual disc is hand turned, drilled and finished by us in our Yorkshire workshop to the highest standard.

• Every item is handmade and unique to your pet

• 20mm silver steel split ring to secure to your animal's collar

• 11mm tibetan silver bone charm


Please use the 20mm split ring to fasten the tag to your dog's collar not the small split ring with the bone charm on.

Please ensure you always clip your dog's lead onto their collar, our attachment rings are not designed to withhold the strength of a dog if they pull on the lead. Thank you.

To comply with UK law your pets ID tag should have the following information

Surname

House number/name and postcode

Telephone numbers (optional)

Due to the restriction in spacing we are unable to fit street/road names on the reverse of our tags.

We completely understand that not everyone likes to have these exact details on their tags so we leave the decision completely up to you if you would just prefer a telephone number and i’m chipped that’s fine by us! Please keep any personalisation for the reverse to a maximum of 3/4 lines as this works best.

Personalisation is case sensitive, ensure personalisation is correctly provided in uppercase/lowercase characters where desired eg. reggie or Reggie or REGGIE

Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade to order. The photos provide an idea of the finished product, but may have some slight variations in letter spacing etc. We will do our best to always ensure accuracy in comparison to the listing photos.

We require 5-7 working days to process your order to allow for busier periods. All items within the UK are posted free with Royal mail 2nd class once processed and will arrive within 1-3 business days. This can be upgraded to 1st class delivery for a small cost. International shipping available at an additional cost.

We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
