Do you offer custom printables?

While I hope to return to doing custom work in the future, I'm currently only able to make size changes to existing designs in my shop. I do, however, gladly take recommendations for future design ideas!

Do you offer size changes?

I do gladly offer size changes for any design in my shop at no extra charge! Just be sure to send me a conversation before purchasing; I'll then add your requested size as a download option to the existing listing. You can then purchase and your file(s) will be available as soon as payment is confirmed.

You can easily download any design to your home computer and then print at home or at a local print shop/business (like Staples, Walgreens, Target, Costco or Sam's Club, www.mpix.com, www.shutterfly.com, www.persnicketyprints.com, etc.). While you can also print at home, I highly recommend using a professional print service like one of these for better quality and color payoff. I always recommend a thicker matte or semi-matte finish paper. If printing from home, you can find affordable and high-quality paper/cardstock at places like Staples and Office Depot. Matte (as opposed to glossy) finishes tend to hold color well, and won't stick to glass should you decide to frame your design.

Can changes be made to a design I've already purchased?

Please contact me before making your purchase to make sure that the changes you're wanting can be made. There may be an extra charge for this service. If you've downloaded your design and are, in any way, unhappy with the look/quality, please contact me within 7 days of purchase and I'll do all I can to make it right for you!

Can I download on my mobile phone?

Please note that files are not available to be downloaded via mobile devices using the Etsy app. BUT, if you open http://www.etsy.com/your/purchases in your mobile device's BROWSER, you WILL be able to download them (I love this option for any design I plan to use as a phone screen saver)! You can also choose to save your file(s) to either your Files folder on your phone, or in an app like Dropbox.
