Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellations due to the personalized nature of the items. No refunds/returns on personalized items unless a mistake is make on our behalf. Make sure the address you have in Etsy is up to date. You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped via USPS.

Processing Time and Shipping Methods

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to process. We usually ship out the next day after an order is purchased. Orders usually arrive to you within 5-10 days. We are closed on holidays and weekends. We ship most items by USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation (sometimes Priority depending on weight). If you need an item by a certain date, we offer upgraded faster shipping to meet your needs. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for the USPS once the item is shipped. Please be aware of unavoidable circumstances that may delay your package (inclement weather, natural disasters, postal mistakes, etc.).

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final! No refunds will be given, only exchanges will be given on non-personalized items. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase contact me so we can agree on what we can do. This will be done on a case by case scenario as long as it's within 3 business days of receipt of purchase and an error was made on my behalf. We cannot refund because of incorrect sizing, incorrect instructions given to us at checkout or because you don't like the color or font on personalized items. We will gladly exchange sizes on non-personalized items but we do not give refunds. You are responsible for return shipping back to us for the original item and you will need to purchase shipping for the exchange to be shipped back to you.

Machine wash warm, inside out, with like colors. Only non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low. Medium iron. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

How To Measure Chest:
With arms down at sides, measure around the upper body, under arms and over the fullest part of the chest.

Notes:
We do not refund but we will accept exchanges if your shirt does not fit as long as it does not have a custom name, monogram, etc on it. We cannot accept exchanges on personalized items so make sure your size is correct if you are ordering a personalized item. If you need to exchange for a different size a non-personalized item, please return it back to us with the original packing slip and a note of what size you would like to exchange it for. After we receive the item we will convo you to pay for the return shipping on the exchanged item. If you need to exchange the size you will be responsible for shipping both ways. Some of the model mockups and designs are ai generated or enhanced. We cut and print everything in house so nothing is print on demand. Design software like adobe, canva, etc is using AI to enhance or create designs and photos.
