These Lotta From Stockholm clogs are crafted with love and care in Sweden using Italian vegetable tanned oiled nubuck leather for the uppers and seasoned Swedish Alder from FSC managed forests for the base. A 5cm (2 inch) heel with 2cm (0.75 inches) platform provides enough height to allow the properly shaped footbed to be formed which includes both a pronounced arch support and a big toe indent for easier walking.

Please note that the strap on these is not designed for constant use and should be considered more for decorative purposes. It will fit most people and be functional but fit for all foot and ankle shapes cannot be guaranteed.

Oiled nubuck leather may have variations in colour and finish across its surface. We suggest the use of a good quality suede or nubuck protector to keep them looking their best.

Our brown bases have a stain finish on natural wood so irregularities will occur making each pair unique.

A waterproof protector spray is good to use beforehand. If your clogs do get wet, wad them with newspaper and leave to dry naturally.

If the base gets dirty, wipe them with a slightly damp cloth or rub with medium-fine sandpaper following the grain. If you want to protect the wood you can rub a small amount of olive oil or beeswax with a dry, clean cloth. This will darken the wood and show up any grains or marks so need to be done evenly, only put a small amount of oil or wax on at a time.

Wipe the leather now and again with a dry cloth and a little leather balsam.

Our natural leather is untreated and undyed, therefore, it's very sensitive to dirt and moisture. The leather will darken gradually into a nice tan colour.

I bought another pair of Lotta's Classic low heel clogs, as theses are helping me every day to be able to sit, stand and walk longer. I am both amazed and grateful.I re-visited Swedish clogs on a whim to see if they might help me as nothing else has. I am 71 now, and the last clogs that I owned were given to me by my Mom when I was maybe 10 years old. For me, Lotta's low heeled Classic clogs are so very comfortable. I have orderd many pairs in different colors, and all of them fit like they were custom made for my feet. They make me stand straight without even having to think about it! I am very thrilled and thankful so say the least!!! Thanks Lotta!!!

They were a little tight at first, and they're not as rounded at the front sole to make it comfortable for walking. Otherwise, they make for a nice basic pair of garden clogs.
