The quality of the wrist band is great! It is sturdy, flexible, and totally adjustable. The magnet is super strong so it doesn't moved often while exercising. The description and the item match perfectly. What I don't love about the product is that the magnet is so strong that any part of the wrist band will try to stick to my laptop. It also had a tendency to grab my long hair. Overall a good product, I just wouldn't recommend it if you work from home on a laptop or have long hair.
