Why is it ZIPPED and how do I UNZIP it?

To compress it so it can fit as an email attachment. Download using a PC or laptop and just double click. For tablets and smart phones you'll need an app - sorry I cannot recommend one.

My PC/MAC/laptop still can't unzip it, what now?

You can easily download and install the free trial version of winzip from www.winzip.com after installing just double click on the zip file and the JPG will extract. Alternatively you can save the zip file in a USB memory stick and take to your printers they will know what to do. Or can also just forward them the original email with attachment I sent you.

The files are large, you can easily print smaller in size. All the files are send in Hi-Res 300 DPI, this will ensure that you will receive a high quality printing. Depending on the format, print / photo may differ slightly.

The files will be delivered electronically within minutes of your order and payment. An email will be sent to the address you have associated with your Etsy account with a link for your download.

I honestly couldn’t be happier! I’d found pictures similar to this via Instagram ad and almost spent $200 for just prints 😳. I then came along a similar set and messaged S4StarSbySiSSy not only did I get a prompt response I also sent her what I was looking at and within a week she’s had this master piece for me. I order the poster prints from staples and had them within days. Michaels had the frames for 70% off so everything together was I believe $125.
