Will my package include tracking?

All orders are sent in a standard envelope with metered mail unless you pay for upgraded tracking under the shipping upgrade portion at checkout OR Orders totaling $20 (excluding taxes & shipping) will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage WITH a tracking number (2-6 Days) unless you decide to upgrade your shipping. If you receive a tracking number starting with "00" this is metered mail tracking through Etsy and is essentially like shipping with a stamp. Metered mail is tracked to an extent, but it is not the same as having a USPS tracking # and USPS will not recognize these tracking #'s on their website. If you have a tracking number starting with "9", this is a USPS recognized tracking # and will appear on their website.

If I pay for upgraded tracking at checkout does that make the processing time faster?

Unfortunately, NO! The shipping upgrade at checkout does not mean the processing time changes - it solely means that your item will be shipped with a different method and that shipping method is quicker, so you will receive your item quicker ONCE it has shipped. It is still the same turnaround time (typically 2-3 business days) unless you pay the RUSH fee. The RUSH fee is an available option if you would like your item to be put up to the top of the line. If you contact me before ordering, I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but there is no guarantee that I will actually be able to get it to you on time as I receive 40-120 orders a day. Ah! I put the wrong address!! Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your item has NOT shipped you may change your address. Message me via Etsy Conversations and we will figure it out! Unfortunately, if your item has shipped out, I am unable to change the shipment, and your item will not be replaced for free. A whole new order must be placed to get your order.

My decal was messed up when I got it. Can I get another one?

You must send picture proof that it was messed up. If it was my fault I will replace for free! Yippie!

Oh darn! I messed up my decal when I was putting it on. Can you replace it?

It happens to the best of us. Unfortunately, I will not be able to replace your decal for free, but I can give you a coupon code to get a % off of another one if you ask!

Do orders come with transfer paper and instructions for how to apply the decal?

Yes! All orders come with directions and transfer paper to ensure smooth and easy application.

What is the correct order to place my initials in for a monogram?

Monograms are placed in the order of first name initial, LAST name initial, middle name initial if there is a larger middle letter. For example, Hannah Grace Mitchell would be hMg. If all letters are straight across with no larger center letter, it is proper to put it in initial order. Hannah Grace Mitchell would be HGM.

What do I do If I never received my order?

Once I ship orders they are OUT OF MY HANDS & in the USPS's hands! If you haven't gotten your order, please contact me! My policy is to wait 10 postal days from the shipping date for you to receive your items, even if they have been marked as "delivered" (unless you paid for a shipping upgrade). If your order was under $10, I will replace your order for free & send again with standard shipping with the option for you to add tracking. If you do not receive the 2nd time, I will not resend a 3rd, so tracking is recommended. If your order was over $10, I will replace your order for free & send with tracked shipping. You must contact me within 30 days from the ship date for your order to be replaced.

I never received my order, and realized I put the wrong address on my order. Will you replace my order?

I print labels exactly as you have written your address on the order. If you have put the wrong address on your order, & your order has already been shipped, I will not replace your order for free. You must wait until the order gets returned to me & you will need to pay for the shipping for me to reship the order out since the funds were already used to cover the 1st shipping. (In rare cases, some orders do not get returned, & a new order must be placed). I would love to be able to replace all orders for free, but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct.

On some orders I receive, the color is not put. What do I do in this situation?

In this case, I will contact you via Etsy conversations once by asking the color, and second by extending your ship date. If I do not hear back from you on either of these messages and your ship date has come, your order will be sent in white or in a color at my discretion. Please understand I do my best to accommodate every order, but it is the buyers responsibility to list the color as asked in the directions when ordering. Thank you for understanding!

These monograms are perfect for personalizing your car, laptop, Yeti tumblers, notebooks, planners, agendas, cups, mugs, and many other items! All of these decals are waterproof (hand washing is recommended) and are made with outdoor grade vinyl, durable for cups and able to withstand heat for cars! These decals WILL NOT stick to rubber material or silicone. These decals WILL NOT work on clothing or any type of fabric. All decals come with transfer paper for easy application as well as printed instructions.

DIRECTIONS TO ORDER:
1) Choose your preferences for the drop down boxes including size, style, and width.
2) Add your item to your cart
3) At checkout there will be a box labeled, "Notes to MonogramItDarling"
4) In this box please write:

- Your monogram initials in the EXACT order you would like them to appear on your decal. (Typical monogram order is first, LAST, middle initial - Hannah Grace Mitchell would be hMg).
- Color you would like - please make sure to pay attention to regular vinyl prices versus speciality vinyl pricing.

5) Place your order & Checkout! :)

- If you paid for a regular color, but requested a speciality color, I will send the vinyl in the regular color. (I will try to contact you first if I can to see if you would like to pay an upgrade.)
- If no color is put and I have tried contacting you, but get no response, and your shipping date has come I will send white vinyl if you ordered regular vinyl or snow for glitter vinyl.
- If you are ordering a single letter, the sizing is done by height rather than width.

Sizes I normally suggest are:
- Laptop inner corner beside keyboard: 3 inches
- Outside of laptop/laptop cover: 4-5 inches
- iPad decal: 3-4 inches
- Water bottle / tumbler: 3 or 3.5 inches
- Yeti: 3, 3.5, or 4 inches
- Car Decal: 5-6 inches

> If ordering to put on a CELL PHONE or high traffic area, the CIRCLE font (A1-A10) will work best on those areas. The other fonts may start peeling away within 1-2 weeks depending on how much you touch it. Decals ordered for phones will not be replaced if they start to peel off other styles were purchased for that purpose. Thank you for understanding!
