Can I get tracking information with my order?

Tracked & Signed delivery must be opted for at checkout. If selected tracking info will be sent in the delivery email.

All items are wash and weather proof and made to last but abrasion and strong detergents can gradually wear down brightness over years of use. Cool (30 degree or less) machine wash is recommended and for maximum lifespan turning inside out to protect the print from abrasion in the washing machine. this will ensure it stays bright for many, many years!

Late or failed delivery

I cant take responsibility for the failures of the postal system. I'm a one man business & I keep my prices low by letting the customer opt-in for tracked delivery. If you live somewhere remote I recommend choosing tracked delivery at checkout. That said, I never want my customers to go empty handed! These days postage to the USA can sometimes be delayed by up to 4 weeks but if your order hasn't arrived please leave me a message before raising a case with Etsy and we can come to an arrangement. I appreciate your patience & understanding!

Why don't I get free postage on orders over $35

Mantid Snip is not a large company, or even a small one! It is one person. That's why I charge the actual cost of postage per order, so you know just how much money you're paying me and how much goes to the postal system. Etsy penalizes sellers who don't give free postage for orders over £35 to the USA. Big business tactics like this alienate consumers from the actual value of what they are buying and places artists and craftspeople as workers in the system. Its also blatant favoritism to the US & I'd have to absorb that cost by raising prices across the board, hiding my postage cost in item price meaning everyone else pays more. I still combine postage so everyone benefits from bulk orders. I'm just fair and honest about it.

This patch is punk to the core, its hand printed and hand cut so expect a few ragged edges.
If your like me you'll want that edge to fray but for a neat edge just fold under when you sow it.

This patch will be folded to post as it's too large to send flat so just run an iron over it when it arrives!
