TURN AROUND / RUSH ORDERS:
We take between 3 - 5 business days to ship your custom order for in stock items. Larger orders please allow 3 to 5 additional days for low stock items so that we may reorder. If you have not received your order in this time frame, please contact us providing your phone number.

If a RUSH order is requested, we kindly request we are contacted PRIOR to ordering so we can make sure we can ship in time for your needs. Additional shipping may be required for Rush Orders. We will refund shipping cost only if a package has not arrived by date needed due to shipping provider error.

REFUNDS: Our items are custom made, so refunds and exchanges are not available for these items. If an error is made on our part, we are more than happy to replace the item.
